Digital Asset Tips 2026
Keep Your Email List Organized.
Consistency Builds Email Value
An organized email list becomes more useful over time. Even a wimpy stab can improve communication and reduce stress. Trust me on that one. When I do take a deep dive into organizing my email lists (I have several for just as many interests), I find that my personal sphere of confusion contracts.
Even an effort to remove those bounced email accounts can improve your efforts. Be selective about your email lists, too. I group mine by eBay sales, those who are interested in old-time recipes, and those who love to garden. No, I do not email poets. I’ll need to create that list eventually. Oh yes…and my Substack list. Thanks for signing up!
Checklist:
☐ Do I remove inactive or incorrect emails periodically?
☐ Are subscribers grouped if necessary (optional)?
☐ Is my list stored within a trusted platform?
Try This (5-Minute Action):
Review your list and remove one obvious bounced email. If you dare to spend more than five minutes on your list, see if you can develop another list from your email clients that might focus on another topic or a deeper dive into what you’re doing now.
