Before I go further into various avenues of assets for an entrepreneur's portfolio, I want to explain why you probably don't need a business plan yet. Instead, you might want to get a day planner and a DAM.

A day planner is essential, because it can do things for you that an online calendar may not do. A good planner can provide you with spaces to add new habits you want to develop and other spaces where you want to list your goals for the week other than the regular meetings, projects you're working on, and special occasions you need to remember.

Like a planner, the DAM is a system that can help you organize, store, and manage your digital assets. Most DAMs are constructed for businesses and require a sales call and instructions and a team for the DAM to work. But I found one that is perfect for entrepreneurial projects, and I'll talk to you about how I'm using it below.

  • My day planner: Planner Pad Spiral Bound 3-Tier Funnel Down 12 Month Organizer. You can get one at Amazon.

  • My DAM (not an affiliate link): Monday.com
